Questions & answers
Where do you deliver and when?
We run five fixed weekly routes: Lancaster on Monday, Preston on Tuesday, Blackpool on Wednesday, Wales on Thursday and Manchester on Friday. Enter your postcode to see your day.
What is the order cut-off?
Order by 6pm the evening before your delivery day. Orders placed after that go on the following week's round.
How much is delivery?
Delivery on our scheduled weekly routes is free.
Do you keep chilled products cold?
Yes — cheese, yoghurt and sucuk travel in chilled vehicles and are delivered the same day they are packed.
Can I return an item?
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 3 days and we will replace or refund it.
